Chelsea target, Manuel Ugarte has confirmed the club he would be joining this summer.
The Sporting Lisbon midfielder said that he is set to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The Uruguayan is being targeted by the west London side and was once reported to have had successful talks with the Premier League giants.
He said: “The truth is that now I have to rest a bit before starting with PSG,” he said according to talkSORTS.
“I’m going to a massive club, it still hasn’t really sunk in yet, but I’m going to try and get started with everything.
“It’s true that Messi is leaving. It would have been great to play with him, but that’s the way football goes.”
Chelsea are keen on bringing in new midfielders this summer, especially now it is becoming clearer that the likes of N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount are leaving Stamford Bridge.
